Responsibilities:

• Responsible for formulating product operation strategies and seller growth for Alibaba.com US, driving product growth and user engagement in target markets.
• Analyze market and internal data and user behavior to optimize operations, improving conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute effective promotion plans to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor operational metrics, conduct regular business analysis, and provide data-driven insights for product improvements and decision-making.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, coordinate resources, and resolve operational issues to ensure project smoothness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
• More than 5 years of product operation experience, with the ability to acquire scale of sellers, with a preference for B2B or cross-border e-commerce background.
• Familiar with product operation processes, strong analytical skills, and business acumen to identify opportunities from data.
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills, capable of driving inter-departmental cooperation and resolving issues.
• Effective project management skills, able to manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $119,640/year and $195,600/year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
