IT Specialist

Description

The IT Specialist is responsible to maintain and improve the technical systems of a company to ensure all

employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organization’s important files

and information remain safe and intact.

Requirements

Responsibilities of the IT Specialist include the following:

• Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2/2016/2019 Management
• Microsoft Active Directory user management
• IPv4 LAN/WAN Network based troubleshooting
• Remote Desktop Support
• Error log event, Task Manager, and Resource management
• PC Hardware Support - Repair, Re-Imaging, Installations
• PC Operating System Support (Win10/8/7/MAC OS)
• PC Applications support (Microsoft Office 365, Quickbooks, CPR+)
• Windows Shared Network Folders
• Network printer support
• Network VOIP Phone device support
• iPhone device support
• IOS iPad Tablet Support
• Network fax support
• Network Scanner support
• Cloud Email Support
• FTP tools WinSCP/FileZilla
• Standard IT LAN/WAN
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1+ years’ experience in IT support of healthcare information systems.
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems
• Experience with CPR+ and CareTend is preferred

Salary Description$30.00 - $35.50 per hour
