As our Accounting Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing N!CKS' financial operations while working alongside a talented team that’s shaping the future of healthy, great-tasting snacks. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the Numbers: Lead the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring they’re accurate, compliant with GAAP, and reflect the growth we’re experiencing.
• Audit & Tax Master: Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure timely, precise tax filings.
• Financial Detective: Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to monitor product costs, conduct margin analysis, and ensure inventory is on track.
• Process Optimizer: Recommend improvements to processes and internal controls to keep everything running smoothly.
• Cash Flow Captain: Own the company’s cash flow—forecasting, monitoring, and ensuring liquidity as we grow.
• Cross-Department Collaborator: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to provide financial insights that drive business success.
• Control & Refine: Strengthen and refine internal controls by documenting and enhancing processes.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial controlling or accounting, ideally within the CPG industry or a related field.
• Education: A BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge: Strong grasp of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. Experience with cost accounting and inventory management is a big plus!
• Communication Skills: You’re a clear communicator who can collaborate with teams across the company.
• Mindset: You’ve got a can-do attitude, a sharp entrepreneurial spirit, and you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Global Experience (Nice to Have): Experience setting up compliant accounting processes in a multinational setting is a bonus.
• Tech Savvy (Nice to Have): Experience with financial systems and Netsuite is a plus! Bonus points for knowledge of transfer pricing.
