Who We Are

Prepory is a premier college admissions counseling organization. Our innovative, holistic approach to college counseling reshapes how students apply to college, find their "fit," and ultimately receive admission to their dream schools.

Through our college admissions practice, we guide high school students along their college admissions and application journey. We have worked with over 14,000 students globally, and this would not be possible without the team that made it happen.

This role is a full-time, on-site position working with our MarTech department. Our ideal candidate is anticipated to start at the end of February with weekly, in-house training and formally at the beginning of March.

Responsibilities

• Draft first iterations of webpages and client-facing content to ensure tone, language, and messaging are brand-aligned
• Work closely with the MarTech team to draw insights from data and apply them across campaigns
• Pitch opportunities for new high-performing content during weekly MarTech check-ins and cross-departmental meetings
• Support the marketing team in building sophisticated email templates, A/B testing, and performance tracking
• Maintain current web pages and address errors as they arise
• Execute front-end coding using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with guidance and training
• Take part in other Prepory initiatives as they arise and as directed by Prepory leadership
• Collaborate with the Enrollment team to design long-form proposals that generate B2B revenue
• Develop creative materials for paid search campaigns and help maintain current ones
• Support other departments with content development, as needed
  
  

Qualifications Of Our Ideal Candidate

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising/PR
• Impeccable writing and grammar skills
• Familiarity with Canva and/or other design platforms
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
• Technologically savvy and can easily adapt to new systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that often requires being reactive
