We are currently looking for a BSA Analyst to work Monday - Friday at our Branch located at 2605 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT. This BSA Analyst is responsible to play a key role in the Bank’s compliance risk management program. This person assists in the implementation of the risk-based policies and procedures set forth by the compliance manual and the BSA/AML/OFAC risk assessment. This person has a sound understanding of the relevant regulations and allocates the majority of their time to analyze and document suspicious activity, perform enhanced due diligence reviews, and ensure cash transaction reports are accurate and timely filed.

The BSA Analyst will work closely with the BSA Officer to ensure the Bank follows the BSA/AML and OFAC policies and procedures set forth by the Board of Directors. Specifically, the BSA Analyst will be responsible for the following:

Job Qualifications: :
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years in BSA compliance or operations experience.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as this position requires interfacing with various examiners and auditors, as well as senior management and various departments within the organization.
- Working towards CAMS or equivalent certification.

Regular Duties And Responsibilities
The BSA Analyst will work closely with the BSA Officer to ensure the Bank follows the BSA/AML and OFAC policies and procedures set forth by the Board of Directors. Specifically, the BSA Analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Enhanced due diligence (EDD) for high-risk customers
- Investigations of potentially suspicious activities
- Preparing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to be filed
- Assist the BSA Officer in implementing and monitoring a customer risk assessment process and performing periodic customer reviews as dictated by policy.
- OFAC search procedures on new and existing customers throughout the Bank
- Attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Other duties as assigned.
- The wage listed is within the range associated with this position. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
