Lisa Allen - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Please take into consideration, this position will require a Property & Casualty and Life & Health license.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

• Creating a welcoming experience for customers walking into our office
• Delivering a positive first touch in person and over the phone
• Build client relations through clear and concise communication
• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Claims Submission
• Billing Clarification
• Offer outstanding customer support
• Work with our team to achieve common goals and grow the agency

Compensation: $35,000.00 per year
