Summary

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for correctly receiving and posting customer payments for all Endries companies and divisions. They work with other departments to support customer and sales requests. They will promote a work culture that represents the organization’s vison, mission, and values.

Essential Functions

• Post, verify and record customer payments and transactions related to Accounts Receivable
• Create invoices according to company practices and submit invoices to customers
• Communicate verbally and written with customers/sales team to resolve various request
• Manage customer credit card payment process in 3rd party software
• Maintain and update customer files
• Provide overall support to the Accounts Receivable team
• All other duties as assigned

• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient at 10-key data entry
• Attention to detail
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Accounting and computer knowledge is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
  
  

Required Education And Experience

• High school diploma
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Work Environment
  
  

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop, computers, and phones.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly sitting at their desk. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Travel

Some travel may be expected for training purposes.
