Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to a senior executive. This role requires someone who is not only highly organized and detail-oriented but also a proactive thinker who can anticipate challenges, solve problems creatively, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. You will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring the executive’s time, projects, and priorities are managed with precision and foresight.

This is an in-office, full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Candidates must be available to work on-site during these hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage the executive’s calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact, managing all communications with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing materials, often with limited direction.
  • Analyze problems, develop solutions, and execute critical tasks autonomously, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple, high-stakes tasks, anticipating needs and proactively resolving potential issues before they arise.
  • Handle both professional and personal tasks, ensuring the executive’s time is optimized for maximum productivity.
  • Adapt to changing priorities, maintaining poise and accuracy under pressure while consistently delivering results.

Compensation

  • $70,000 - $80,000 annual salary
