Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clinical pharmacists to document clinical assessment requirements
• Collaborate with project team members to define an assessment backlog
• Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
• Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
• Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
• Acts as a product subject matter expert for agile teams
• Support Technical Product Manager to define and maintain the assessments backlog to ensure that priorities adhere to the strategic product direction

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical product or business analysis
• 2+ years of experience translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• 2+ years of working in a challenging environment where continuous innovation and quality are synonymous
• 2+ years of experience with high attention to detail, solid verbal, and communication skills
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills (includes ability to use tools such as Excel and Visio)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with clinical concepts and health plan specific language
• Proven ability to navigate the product lifecycle (Ideate, Evaluate, Develop, Launch)
• Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically, with a positive outlook and willingness to take initiative
• Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
