- Greet patient customers and triage their needs, then access the appropriate Company staff to address those needs.
- Receive, triage and/or resolve inbound phone calls from healthcare providers and patients regarding products and services such as medical equipment or medical testing.
- Receive and manage fax referrals from medical Providers, entering the patient demographics into the database and processing the orders.
- Work closely with the reimbursement department to provide thorough and timely documentation of services performed along with complete patient demographics, insurance details and support documentation.
- Answer and route calls for a multi phone system, greet patients, insurance verification, and scheduling.

- Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
- Must have excellent telephone communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about learning and helping others.
- Superior organizational skills, e.g., filing, computer, word processing, etc.
- Results focused.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated skill in complaint resolution.
- General personal computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to deal pleasantly, patiently and effectively with others, including geriatric patients.
- Detail oriented.
- Knowledge of Traditional and Medicaid insurance benefits a plus.
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
- Candidates considered for hire will need to submit to a criminal background check
$15-18/hr based on experience
