Position: Executive Assistant

This role goes beyond scheduling—it’s about creating structure, driving accountability, and making sure key projects move forward.
Pay and Perks:
- Starting Pay: $50k-$75k, based on experience
- Benefits: Full standard benefits for full-time employees.
- Project & Priority Management: Keep the CEO’s key goals ("Rocks") on track, ensuring deadlines are met or adjusted with intention.
- Calendar & Time Optimization: Strategically manage the CEO’s schedule to maximize productivity and focus.
- High-Level Coordination: Facilitate communication between the CEO and leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities.
- Execution & Follow-Through: Make sure important projects don’t just get discussed, they get done.
- Problem-Solving & Strategy: Anticipate challenges, remove roadblocks, and help drive key initiatives forward.
- Schedule: Monday: Friday 8am to 5pm
- Physical Requirements: Primarily desk-based with virtual/in-person meetings, occasional light lifting, and some travel for errands.
- 3+ years as an Executive Assistant (experience with EOS is a plus).
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Tech-savvy with a knack for improving workflow efficiency.
- A strategic thinker who goes beyond task management to help drive success.
