About This Role:
The Talent Lead will oversee the execution of talent programs, along with maintaining a small to medium sized position requisition workload based on business needs. The Talent Lead will support the Talent Manager in strategies that align with business objectives and improve employee and business performance. The Talent Lead will provide guidance and direction in all aspects of the talent process including internal & external development programs, career development, talent assessments and DEI strategies.
About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
- Experience overseeing orientation or internship programs.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience with social media recruiting,
- Exposure to home care or human services is a plus.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills, project management skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to effectively work with others throughout the organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and dependable.
- Familiar with applicable Federal and State employment laws.
- Proficiency in using a variety of computer applications to include Microsoft Office.
- Must pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
- Have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation to use for work driving purposes.
