Position Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting in defining and developing products and processes in both the development and manufacturing environment. *This position will be fully on-site in Enfield, CT.*

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting in defining and developing products and processes in both the development and manufacturing environment. *This position will be fully on-site in Enfield, CT.*
Key Responsibilities:
- Works on developing processes and documentation for new or modified products.
- Identify and specify materials, tools, and equipment required to support engineering.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to develop and implement process improvements for current products in production.
- Communicate with engineering team as required on development and manufacturing activities.
- Troubleshoot processes when part failures occur; diagnose issues and report to engineering and manufacturing.
- 2 years minimum completed towards an engineering degree.
- Must be able read, write and speak fluent English.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office suite.
- Above average oral and written communications skills with in-house technical personnel and outside vendors and customers.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles, technical writing, materials properties.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and documents.
