Job Summary

Join Sanofi's contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, as a Contract Membership Specialist (CMS) for a 12-month contract. As a CMS, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the membership life cycle of Large Organized Customers (LOC) using Model N Revenue Manager. Your responsibilities will include managing membership affiliations, resolving inquiries from account management teams, ensuring data accuracy, and fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Model N Revenue Manager to maintain the membership life cycle of Large Organized Customers (LOC).
• Independently manage membership affiliations and eligibility status for direct and indirect customers.
• Process Master Data requests within SAP iShift for Vaccines accounts.
• Resolve membership affiliation inquiries from account management teams.
• Monitor Revenue Manager platform and boundary systems to confirm data accuracy.
• Manage daily business tasks with key stakeholders.
• Access and process data within reporting tools like Revenue Manager and MicroStrategy.
• Communicate and resolve membership discrepancies with customers.
• Maintain compliance activities within membership processes.
• Ensure accurate membership files are retained according to audit/compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Sanofi Account Management team on contracting and membership processes.
• Proactively harmonize membership processes with internal teams and external customers.
  
  
  

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Model N and SAP iShift experience preferred.
• Experience in Contracting, Membership, or Pricing preferred.
• Change management mindset with adaptability to changing environments.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written/oral communication skills.
