Operator C Trainee

Borman is seeking applicants for entry-level openings in the Manganese Dioxide Unit of our facility. Applicants must be at least 19 years of age to work in a chemical production environment. This position requires the candidate to be self-motivated and have a working knowledge of material handling equipment.

Requirements

• Fork truck operation
• Familiarity with pumps and valves
• Heavy physical exertion including lifting, bending, carrying, stooping, and walking in both inside and outside environments.

Education & Experience

• Reading and math skills comparable to those of a high school education.
• Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Good communications skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Please note that this is not a warehouse position.

Schedule

Shift work with overtime required as needed.

Salary & Benefits

Starting salary is $20.80 hourly for the first 90-days and $27.92 thereafter. Position includes full benefits commencing on date of hire, including medical, dental, and vision care coverage, 401(k) participation. Benefits also included 10 paid holidays, vacation, and PTO.
