The Junior ATM/ITM Analyst will have the responsibility to assist with all Technology areas of the ATM/ITM fleet for the organization. The Junior ATM/ITM Analyst will help resolve end user requests; assist with installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various ATM/ITM equipment to ensure optimal system performance; and perform general billing duties related to the ATM/ITM environment. Work of this position will be performed within a broad framework of general policy and will require creativity and resourcefulness to accomplish goals and objectives and to apply concepts, plans, and strategies that may deviate from traditional methods and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate ordering, installing, and maintaining all ATM/ITM equipment for the organization
  • Troubleshoot ATM/ITM hardware and software applications when necessary
  • Schedule hardware upgrades as needed
  • Coordinate and participate with other organizational departments and agencies on technology projects as required
  • Assist in preparation of division budget
  • Maintain ATM/ITM systems
  • Work flexible hours, which may include evenings and/or weekends
  • Analyze, install, and maintain ATM/ITM equipment
  • Train individuals and groups in using the ATM/ITM hardware and software in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or the direct equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Effectively working with staff members of all computer skill levels
  • Organizing work effectively and efficiently
  • Coordinating and working independently in the absence of supervision
  • Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Must have knowledge of:
    • Information System Technologies
    • Basic computer security practices and desktop publishing techniques
    • Principles of budget preparation, budget estimation, and tracking
    • Hazards and generally accepted safety standards
    • Organizational and administrative rules and regulations affecting departmental operations
