About The Role
As a Technical Product Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for clients who need technical assistance with our products. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers receive prompt and effective solutions to their technical issues. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to provide excellent customer service and technical support to our customers. About The Role
As a Technical Product Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for clients who need technical assistance with our products. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Customer support. Resolve technical issues. Provide Solutions.
- Provide customer support by resolving customer technical product issues.
- Provide training and assistance to help customers learn how to use their products.
- Identify and advise solutions for customers with questions regarding product operation.
- Maintain an effective customer relationship management (CRM) program that integrates with business computer systems.
- Inspection and dispositioning of returns initiated by the technical support team.
- Support Quality Assurance through reporting of potential quality defects and occasional checks/verification of suspected defects.
- Analyze product failures, design flaws, and service issues to correct problems.
- Provide constant feedback to the team to increase overall performance.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required .
- 2-5 years of related experience and/or a degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology preferred .
- Experience with metal working and woodworking environments preferred .
- Experience with Electrical, Hydraulic, and Mechanical functions preferred.
- Strong time management, technical, communication, and interpersonal skills necessary.
- Exhibit a strong attention to detail and value of data integrity.
- Possess a strong Mechanical Aptitude.
- Possess solid reasoning and practical problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit good work habits and leadership when required to meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate adaptability to a challenging and developing environment, and willingness to take on new responsibilities as the business evolves
