About The Role
Decagon is looking to hire our first People Operations team member to build and scale our people processes, ensuring a best-in-class employee experience. In this role, you will partner closely with Leadership and key stakeholders to develop and execute HR strategies that support a high-performance culture. You will own the end-to-end people operations function, from onboarding and benefits administration to performance management and compliance.

You May Be a Good Fit If You
- Have 4+ years of experience in People Operations or HR in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
- Have experience building and optimizing onboarding, benefits, and performance management programs.
- Understand how to partner with leadership to develop people strategies that align with business goals.
- Are passionate about fostering a culture of engagement and high performance.
- Have deep knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and best practices.
- Are highly data-driven, leveraging people analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
- Have experience implementing and managing HR systems and tools.
- Are proactive and solutions-oriented, able to thrive in ambiguity and build from scratch.
