Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Chief Operations Officer to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $285,000 to $386,000 per year.

- Continuously analyze internal operations to identify areas for improved efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee daily operations and collaborate with Finance, Sales, and the CEO to ensure proper investment planning for growth.
- Manage capital investments and expenses to achieve strong return on investment.
- Focus on product quality and process improvements, ensuring operational excellence.
- Lead by example by reflecting company values in all actions and decisions.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Aerospace; advanced degree preferred.
- 15 - 20+ years of aerospace industry experience, progressing through executive roles in a global setting.
- 5+ years of executive leadership experience, overseeing operations in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong understanding of business planning, regulatory compliance, and operational strategy.
- Ability to diagnose operational challenges and develop strategic solutions to mitigate risks.
- Must have a hands-on, interactive leadership style, actively engaging with staff on the shop floor.
- Possess strong program and project management skills to lead operational initiatives successfully.
- Capable of building and developing high-performing teams, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
- Prior experience in developing operations budgets and reporting strategies in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Skilled in mentoring, training, and motivating staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
