Your Role on Our Team
Responsibilities
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be the first smiling face clients see when they visit us. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients warmly and creating a positive experience for pets and their owners.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the front desk efficiently.
- Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations in the clinic.
- A personable, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service setting is a plus, but we’re happy to train candidates with a passion for client care and animals!
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling software (experience with veterinary software is a bonus).
