Pool Qualification Process
- Apply online through SearchSoft. Attach an updated resume.
- Once posting is reviewed, Content Specialist will email a questionnaire/application. Return completed document to Content Specialist via email/pony.
- Review of Application and Questionnaire to determine if the candidate meets the qualifications for the next step - observation.
- A classroom observation will be scheduled/conducted to observe best practices in science instruction.
- If Content Specialists determines that the Candidate qualifies for the next step, an interview will be scheduled/conducted.
- Determination of Qualifcation for Pool - candidate will be notified via email.
- Once qualified for the pool, the candidate is eligible to be considered for any elementary science ISD/Coach vacancies.
