Accounting Clerk

We are currently recruiting for an Accounting Clerk who would love to join our enthusiastic team and implement the best industry practices for our luxury airline catering operation.

Responsibilities

• Proactive and self-organized
• Complete reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts, Bank Accounts, and Credit Cards.
• Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent communication skills

Duties

• Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system. Produce invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
• Review and verify all entries into customer’s billing systems on a daily basis and maintain filing systems daily, weekly, monthly reports.
• Utilize computer systems to run databases, pay bills and order supplies.
• Research, track, and resolve accounting problems.
• Assists accounts payable and billing department and perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Required Experience

• One year of related experience or Associate degree
• Must be MS Excel proficient
