Medical Office Receptionist
Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Medical Office Receptionist
What You Will Do
- Perform a variety of general administrative support duties associated with the patient intake process and perform routine duties within the clinic
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule appointments according to office guidelines
- Obtain accurate patient and insurance information, collect copays and deductible amounts
- Prepare charts for patients’ appointments making sure all necessary information is complete

- Delivery of high quality of patient care through nursing education, nursing research and innovations in nursing practice.
