What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement regulatory strategies ensuring top-tier global compliance.
• Partner with quality, clinical affairs, R&D, marketing, and operations teams.
• Represent the company to regulatory bodies and make key recommendations to the Executive Committee.
• Lead and inspire a large, diverse team to achieve regulatory excellence.
  
  

What You Bring:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent with 12+ years of senior leadership experience in regulatory roles.
• Proven ability to build high-performing, cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional business acumen and expertise in regulatory compliance for medical devices and diagnostics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $250,000-$410,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
