What You'll Do

As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere within our corporate office by acting as the first point of contact for all visitors. This position also offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn more about long-term care and its many career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Receives inquires and releases information in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activities
• Receives newspapers, mail, and gifts for residents

What You'll Bring

Qualifications of a Receptionist include

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
