Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for leading projects in support of the Distribution & Storage West Division, utilizing project management fundamentals, excellent communication and coordination internally and externally, from initial project kickoff through delivery.

This position can be located in New Prague, MN, Theodore, AL or Tulsa, OK

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

• Assist project managers with new project set-up, ensure information and resources are accurately recorded and provide regular progress updates, as appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather project requirements and documentation.
• Enter and maintain data with accuracy into the project management system, while ensuring it is current and in compliance with industry standards.
• Process sales order adjustments with accuracy and timeliness, and proactively contact internal teams and customers to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed records of sales order changes and ensure all adjustments are documented both with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage warranty process from initial claim intake to resolution to include maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures and initiating follow up on outstanding cases.
• Communicate with customers for information and provide status of warranty claims.
• Coordinate with tech support and service teams to ensure resolution of warranty issues.
• Maintain documents, such as manufacturing master data books, quality documents and dossiers.
• Provide administrative and special projects support, as needed.

Your Education Should Be…

• A bachelor’s degree in business or project management is strongly preferred.
• A degree may be substituted with 5 years of work experience in project management.

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

• Ability to work in an office environment
• Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for 8 hrs/day
• This position will require the ability to move around the production floor to address production issues relating to products and equipment
• Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs
• Occasional pushing, pulling and handling of materials

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

• Previous experience must include project support, heavy customer interaction and problem resolution
• Project management software experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Logical problem-solving skills are essential
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to quality and integrity
