The Quality Control and Commercial Documentation Leader will focus on projects/process improvement to ensure that processes and products are designed with appropriate quality measurement systems
As a Quality Control and Commercial Documentation Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Quality Control of Nuclear and Commercial products at VTC/DP
- Commercial documentation packaged preparation
- Inspecting of Nuclear products after receiving, in-process assembly, shipping
- Leading continued improvement initiatives in QC & Documentation teams
- Partnering with QA team and Nuclear Documentation team
- Providing advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects, and programs in the functional area or affecting business organization and ways of working.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approaches and methods for solving complex problems
- Leading design and implementation of projects. Work goals typically span 1-2 years to complete and the impact is felt over the 12-month – 2 years time horizon
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have a Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Process Improvement.
- Have experience working with Lean 6 Sigma
- Have experience working with BlackBelt or GreenBelt
