Our client, a Multi-Generational Family Office, is looking to add a Personal Assistant to their team of 6. Must have experience supporting HNW. You will be reporting to the Chief Family Services Officer (CFSO), the Senior Client Representative is an exempt-status employee responsible for managing and delivering comprehensive services to family members, entities, and trusts.

  • This role will pay up to 175k depending on experience. In office 3 days, 2 remote. Standard business hours.


Responsibilities:


  • Financial Management 30%: Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, debt management, intra-family loans and liquidity planning. Review and approve personal bills, invoices, and bank transfers to ensure timely execution.
  • Lifestyle Asset Management 25%: Supervise financial and operational aspects of family properties, yachts, and aircraft. Manage purchase and sale transactions, as well as construction and renovation projects.
  • Concierge Services 20%: Provide high-level concierge support, including managing personal staff, coordinating household logistics, courier services, and handling special requests such as event planning and personalized projects.
  • Education, Travel, and Philanthropy Support 15%:
  • Assist in developing and delivering age-appropriate financial education on topics such as investing, estate planning, taxation, philanthropy, and family-specific matters.
  • Oversee travel arrangements in collaboration with travel service teams to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Facilitate personal and family foundation charitable giving, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
  • Insurance & Risk Management 10%: Oversee personal, property, and health insurance policies. Manage claims, coordinate with providers, and ensure proper asset registration and coverage. Required Qualifications:
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, external advisors, service providers, and household staff, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Proactive Client Service: Anticipate client needs, address concerns proactively, and deliver tailored solutions to ensure exceptional service and seamless experiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead and mentor junior team members, promoting accuracy, compliance, and a collaborative office culture.
