Claims Account Manager

As with any job, there may be other tasks assigned when necessary.Job Qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D. Some college is helpful but not required.

Polite, courteous, and professional phone skills.

Excellent attendance

Excellent customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations.

Familiarity with word processing programs, Microsoft Outlook, and working knowledge of WLT is helpful.

Good organizational skills.

Self-motivated and self-starter.
