Responsibilities
- Maintain, own, and enhance the SOW process
- Capture all necessary details of agreement requests, work with functional stakeholders, interface directly with leadership, enhance existing process, and present to leadership with status updates
- Review new IT demand requests for strategic, financial, and resourcing alignment
- Support the design of capacity management function as it’s built out
- Strive for excellence but does not get rattled when things unexpectedly change
- Continuous enhancement and heavy project management focus
- Background in Power BI is a plus
- Helpful tools to know: JIRA, PBI, ServiceNow, SharePoint
