Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified

Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement therapeutic procedures that can greatly impact children’s lives. You’ll work one-on-one with children and families in their homes, helping them learn new skills and reach new milestones.

  • Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting
  • Collect and record data on child behaviors
  • Work closely with BCBAs and help build the best treatment plans
  • Attend team meetings as designated to share your weekly experience,

collaborate with other team members and learn about skills in ABA

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates

interested in pursuing careers within child care

  • Experience working with children and a passion for working with children with

special needs

  • Reliable Transportation
  • Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course
  • Pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire (we will help you study)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds
  • Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
  • Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods
