As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will support the Marketing Manager in preparing and implementing marketing plans for communities in cooperation with business unit and community management, developing marketing and advertising concepts, placement and associated costs per community, coordinating special events associated with new communities (i.e., grand opening weekend events, hard hat previews, VIP parties, model previews and real estate professional events), reviewing marketing plans and adjusting as needed. Assist the Marketing Manger in the coordination of "start up" of communities (i.e., sales office design/set-up, model park design, brochure design, product presentation, landscaping input, sales office/models surrounding plan), and working with community management to remedy problems concerning weekly traffic, target markets, demographics and community issues.

Requirements for this position include a bachelor’s degree in marketing and two to four years of related experience and/or training in the field.
