PDM/PLM Consultant - Manager

In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project success and manage the identification and addressing of client needs. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for utilizing team strengths, managing performance to meet client expectations, and embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery. Your role involves acting as an administrator for the 3DEXPERIENCE SAAS platform, onboarding new users, and supporting and troubleshooting user issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts with a focus on strategic planning.
• Mentor and develop junior staff to enhance team capabilities.
• Utilize technology and innovation to improve service delivery.
• Serve as an administrator for the 3DEXPERIENCE SAAS platform.
• Facilitate onboarding of new users and provide ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues effectively.
• Leverage team strengths to meet client expectations.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5 years of experience.

• Supporting and troubleshooting 3DEXPERIENCE and SOLIDWORKS.

• Leading testing and validation of processes and products.
• Experimenting with SOLIDWORKS automation using VBA.
• Evaluating PDM/PLM platforms like Autodesk Upchain and Windchill.
