We are seeking an experienced IT HCM Director to lead our HR technology initiatives and manage our SAP Success Factors system and other custom applications. This role will be pivotal in driving IT strategy, ensuring robust HR operations, and leveraging technology to optimize our HCM processes.
This role will be reporting to the Sr. Director of IT-Corporate Services and be responsible for all SAP Success Factors application and associated applications to run the business and implementing cutting edge-technology projects that add value to the strategic business processes and goals.

Our Longmont product-design campus is nestled against the foothills with exceptional views of the Rocky Mountains. The estimated base salary range for this position is $159,265.00 - $236,510.00. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

About The Role - You Will
- Manage Technical architecture analysis, research, design and development of new functionality and integration with key applications and services under SAP ecosystems Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the IT finance strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP Success Factors application for Supporting HR programs & operations.
- Ensure compliance with SOX requirement and manage risks effectively.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and executive leadership, to drive business initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Background in Information Technology, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of various SAP HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Learning Management.
- Manage exiting and new client. - Drive effective implementation strategies that are based on valid, customer-specific technology value propositions.
- Manage delivery to ensure the overall success of the implementation/project delivery of SAP solutions and business processes.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong human capital management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in HR systems and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field. Or an MBA
- 13 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. In-depth understanding of HR processes and SAP-HCM modules.
