Position Responsibitlies
- Assists in developing the team
- Assists in budgeted needs of the maintenance department
- Assists in developing sustainability programs
- Provides assistance in execution of the annual CapEX plans
- Assists with management of preventative maintenance program
- Helps to ensure all SOPs are being utilized and Safety Standards are upheld
- 3 years previous Hotel Maintenance Experience requested
- Trade Certifications are highly preferred
- Excellent Guest Service, Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means
