  • Agile & Iterative Design: Contribute to design sprints, usability testing, and iterative improvements based on feedback and data
  • Accessibility & Usability: Advocate for best practices in usability and accessibility to enhance the user experience for all users
  • Data-Driven Design Decisions: Leverage user behavior analytics, customer feedback, and best practices to inform design decisions
  • Documentation & Handoff: Provide clear and organized design documentation and specifications for engineering teams

  • UX Research: Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis
  • Design Systems: Experience working with and contributing to a design system
  • Front-End Awareness: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (no coding required, but ability to collaborate with developers effectively is key)
  • Agile Workflow: Experience working within an agile development environment
  • Accessibility: Knowledge of WCAG guidelines and best practices in inclusive design
  • Passionate about solving complex problems with user-centered design
  • A strong communicator who can articulate design decisions with clarity and rationale
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to balance aesthetics and functionality

  • A team player who collaborates effectively with product, engineering, and stakeholders

Nice-to-Have
