Soccer Shots is looking for dedicated and fun coaches to teach classes for 2-8-year-olds in Western Cook County and Will County. We have many locations throughout our territory so the the area where a coach teaches will be located within 20 minutes of their residence.
We are looking for coaches who are confident, love youth sports, and aren't afraid to be fun and connect with children. Soccer experience is not required but an ability to connect with children is.

Soccer Shots is looking for dedicated and fun coaches to teach classes for 2-8-year-olds in Western Cook County and Will County. We have many locations throughout our territory so the the area where a coach teaches will be located within 20 minutes of their residence.
We are looking for coaches who are confident, love youth sports, and aren't afraid to be fun and connect with children. Soccer experience is not required but an ability to connect with children is.
- 5-10 hours with room for more hours in our future seasons.
- A coach is paid $15/hour while training and $20/hour once training is complete. Training usually lasts 2-4 weeks depending on a coach's availability and ability to understand our curriculum. Performance raises are given after 2 completed seasons for dedicated and reliable coaches.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to schedule around family, school, and other jobs.
- Room for advancement.
- Soccer Shots provides the equipment and curriculum needed to run a successful class. Our coaches and leadership team will train and provide support throughout the season.
- Consistent availability throughout the winter and spring seasons. All winter classes are held inside.
- A love of educating children and making a difference in their lives.
- Reliable and always on time. A coach rarely calls off of work.
- High energy, confident, respectful, and fun.
- Excellent communication with our leadership team, parents, and directors.
- Good physical stamina as you could be running, kneeling, and squatting on a field for up to 3 hours. Coaches must be able to carry an equipment bag that contains 14 balls, nets, and more.
- Reliable transportation
- Pass a background check
- Lives within 20 minutes of the area and is available for multiple seasons.
