About The Customer Success Manager Position

About The Customer Success Manager Position
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to work with our small business customers to coordinate service, support, renewals, and expansion efforts. This position as a CSM is part account management or customer service, part sales, and part operations.
Customer Success Manager Responsibilities Include
- Manage a book of customer accounts
- Facilitate customer account renewals to maximize retention
- Improve customer engagement and outcomes by educating on best practices and strategy
- Expand customer accounts by introducing other company products and services
- 1+ year of experience in customer services, customer success, or sales
- Proficiency with CRM software and account management systems
- Great organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Upbeat, positive, and friendly personality that energizes those around you
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or other relevant field
