- Sales /Order Management, 2 years (Required)
- Sales Client Support, 2 years (Required)
- Logistics Knowledge/Experience, 1 year (Preferred)
- Clerical, 1 year (Preferred)

Work – Duties
Assist Sales Team With
- Sales order processing.
- Communication with customers regarding new or existing sales orders.
- Lifecycle process for new manufacturing orders.
- Monitor outstanding sales and purchase orders and close out if necessary.
- Update or add new items into ERP. Ensure the information is correct for Order Management and Production. This involves operations in the 2 Companies.
- Maintain Customer data information in the system.
- Validates the information for new or existing Items is correct.
- Update orders with changes when asked.
- Assist managing daily shipment activities to ensure pickup and delivery is on time.
- Work with the customer service team to schedule outbound shipments Creation of Production orders, with accurate dates and follow up on changes from start to end.
