Shulman Rogers (a 200+ employee law firm headquartered in Potomac, MD - with additional offices across the region) has an excellent employment opportunity for a User Support Specialist. The successful candidate will join our Information Systems Group as a member of the Help Desk and will have an opportunity to learn complex emerging technologies from a number of seasoned IT professionals.
The primary role of the User Support Specialist is to respond promptly, effectively, and efficiently to end-user inquiries regarding the use of technology within the firm. The successful candidate will be intellectually curious, as well as possess a pleasant demeanor. Superior communication and customer service skills are essential. Prior law firm help desk experience strongly preferred. Occasional travel within the DC/Baltimore area may be required to support satellite offices.
