Hattie Jane's Creamery is a local, independently-owned ice cream brand based in Columbia, Tennessee where we make our southern flavors in-house. Our Assembly Food Hall outpost is our busiest location and the only one that serves boozy milkshakes.

Who is a good fit?

This is a great position for servers, bartenders, or baristas that want a simpler job in the food industry, as well as energetic individuals that want to learn customer service, sales, and business management skills.

Compensation: $11-15/hour+ depending on experience PLUS TIPS

Our crew members average $8-10/hour additional in tips.

Availability Needed: A mix of day and night shifts are available. Weekends required.

Position Summary:

• Fulfilling guest orders by serving delicious ice cream
• Prepping homemade items such as waffle cones
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• 18 years of age*
• Weekend availability
• Reliable transportation
• Engaging and welcoming disposition
• Ability to be on your feet for 6+ hours
• Ability to report to work on time consistently
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• If you do not have an ABC license, we will pay for you to get one in your first 30 days.

Hattie Jane's Creamery is a local, independent ice cream shop based in Columbia, Tennessee, where we make our dairy ice cream from scratch using Tennessee milk and our plant-based ice creams from coconut cream. We have 4 scoop shops in the middle Tennessee area, and this position is for our downtown Nashville location at Assembly Food Hall.
