About The Job
Under the general supervision of the Managing Director (MD) or Wealth Advisor (WA), the Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for managing and monitoring client relationships. The RM focuses on client satisfaction with specific attention in client interaction, client development, operations, and account maintenance.

About The Job
Under the general supervision of the Managing Director (MD) or Wealth Advisor (WA), the Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for managing and monitoring client relationships. The RM focuses on client satisfaction with specific attention in client interaction, client development, operations, and account maintenance.
Work You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Tracks all client interactions including requests, inbound/outbound calls, and emails via Salesforce.
- Research and analyze complex client account issues.
- Review tax-related documents such as contracts, wills, tax returns, and financial agreements.
- Prepares meeting materials for client meetings.
- Escalates all potential and real client issues to MD or WA.
- Prepares all outgoing customer correspondence.
- Maintain and update lead pipeline.
- Gather data for creation of client financial plans.
- Manages development and maintenance of suitability documentation utilizing client file standards.
- Manage client onboarding process and update team accordingly.
- Complete client verification for data maintenance or money movement request and log in Salesforce
- Providing professional and courteous service to clients, prospective clients, and colleagues.
- Effectively handling client inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Effectively prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines.
- Maintaining attention to detail within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 1-2 years Customer Service
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
