Roles & ResponsibilitiesService Desk Analyst provides infrastructure and application support to the customers of Tata Consultancy Services. Service Desk team provides support during the support window as described in the agreements with the customers and as required for the smooth operations of the account.
Generic Managerial SkillsAbility to manage priorities and time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Effective leadership qualities with a focus on team growth and mentorship.
Salary Range: $40,000-$60,000 a year
