Job Description:

HR and Admin Specialist supports HR functions and manages administrative tasks, including recruitment, employee records, benefits administration, and payroll. The role also involves training and development, ensuring HR compliance, and providing office administration support. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Salary: Based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment processes by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with employee onboarding.
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee time records and preparing necessary documentation for payroll.
  • Maintain employee records by ensuring accurate and confidential storage of all HR-related documentation.
  • Assist in benefits administration by supporting the management of employee benefits programs and answering employee inquiries related to benefits.
  • Assist in training and development by supporting employee development programs, tracking training schedules, and maintaining training records.
  • Ensure HR compliance by adhering to labor laws, company policies, and regulations while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide office administration support by managing office supplies, organizing meetings, and handling employee inquiries.
  • Assist in performance management by tracking performance appraisals, supporting feedback systems, and helping implement performance review processes.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.


Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM (1 hour lunch break)
