- Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions tailored to clients' fitness levels and goals
- Create customized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App
- Ensure client safety, motivation, and long-term success
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and healthy lifestyle habits
- Track and monitor client progress to ensure maximum results
- Conduct reassessments and maintain regular communication
- Manage appointments via our scheduling app
- Attend monthly team meetings
- Travel to clients' locations (via personal vehicle)
- Other duties as assigned
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- CPR/AED certification
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
- Willingness to travel to clients’ homes and work flexible hours
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
