Optimum Human is growing fast and looking for a dedicated and driven Executive Assistant to support their CEO in leading a high-performance team in New Mexico.

Position Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements.
- Anticipate needs, prioritize demands, and proactively address challenges to ensure the CEO operates at peak efficiency.
- Act as the CEO’s point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives, tracking deadlines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed successfully.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among team leaders and departments.
- Maintain organized records of key documentation, including contracts, agreements, and strategic plans.
- Develop and streamline processes to improve the efficiency of the executive office.
- Plan and execute high-level meetings, and events that align with the company’s mission and goals.
- Support the coordination of board meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and minutes.
- Occasionally support with personal duties as required (house management, children’s schedules etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and virtual communication platforms.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or high-performance industries.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge technology and innovation-focused environments.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong decision-making and critical-thinking capabilities.
