We are looking for a communication assistant to help with legal focus groups. This is an entry-level part-time position with flexible schedule, beneficial for college students or graduates interested in communications, psychology or law.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to recruiting and screening focus group participants, maintaining candidate database and financial records, preparing and monitoring zoom or in-person meetings, processing exhibits, editing event video.
The ideal candidate is organized, has excellent communication skills and works well under time pressure. Knowledge of social media outreach, basic database management and video editing is a must. Working independently and meticulously and using Mac OS are essential to the position.
We offer a dynamic work environment and flexible schedule. After training and proven record of results part of the job may be done remotely.
Compensation depends on skills and experience, 3 months probation is followed by a performance review.
