About This Role

Supports executive staff and senior leadership under the direction of the Senior Executive Assistant. Works independently and as part of the administrative support team. Performs a wide range of administrative and clerical support duties. Requires excellent computer, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support and implement company policies, procedures and objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Provides administrative support to the executive staff, leadership and management team, including, but not limited to:
  • Document preparation: reports, presentations and projects that may include tables, graphics, spreadsheets, charts, and complex formatting
  • Compose business communications, correspondence, email
  • Record and transcribe minutes of meetings as assigned
  • Records management
  • Scheduling and calendar maintenance
  • Meeting preparation, including room assignment, refreshments and audio-visual needs
  • General administrative duties such as copying, faxing, mailings, phone calls (incoming and outgoing), guest/visitor reception
  • Assists leadership and management team in problem solving, project planning, and development and execution of stated goals and objectives
  • Maintains strict confidentiality as appropriate
  • Strictly adheres to all Evara Health, HIPAA, HRSA, State, Federal and accreditation agency rules and regulations

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma and training in general secretarial/clerical work.
  • Some business school and/or college level education, preferred.
  • Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in administrative, clerical or office support for executive position.
