Digital and Creative Associate

Role Description

CUFI is seeking a Digital and Creative Associate, to support CUFI's online, marketing, and general external communications efforts. Candidates should have a strong passion for standing with Israel and combating antisemitism. In addition, the incumbent must have a strong work ethic, excellent written, oral, and digital communication skills, and a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating the creation of marketing strategies, budgets, and plans for various digital advocacy and marketing efforts.
• Liaising with marketing agencies and lead generation companies to maximize CUFI’s digital impact.
• Coordinating all deliverables for ads and social, monitors spending and return on investment, ad performance, and impact, ensuring campaigns are up-to-date and relevant.
• Evaluating website user interface and information to ensure accuracy and ease of use.
• Cross-checking various analytics and reports and analyzes patterns of web-based-behavior.
• Ensuring CUFI’s digital and social media and ads posts are adhering to ever-changing community guidelines for each relevant platform.

Education and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis on digital communications, marketing, web development or optimization, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of related experience

Please note: An associate's degree and two years in a related field, or five years of related experience, would suffice in place of a BA.
