We’re The Perry Group, Utah’s #1 real estate team, and we’re looking for a Videographer & Content Producer to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end content creation process, from filming to editing and post-production, while working within a structured content day system. You’ll produce high-quality short-form videos that help agents build their personal brands on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

What You’ll Do

As part of our creative team, you’ll manage filming and editing for pre-planned content days at our Sugarhouse, Daybreak, and Pleasant Grove offices. Your focus will be on producing standardized content formats that allow agents to personalize within a structured framework. In addition to production, you'll oversee content planning elements, repurpose content for different platforms, and organize digital assets for easy future access.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Content Days:
    • Film content during scheduled sessions at Sugarhouse, Daybreak, and Pleasant Grove offices.
    • Capture pre-determined intros, outros, and segments that agents can personalize.
    • Collaborate with agents to ensure a smooth filming process, adhering to a consistent structure.
  • Manage Content Production Workflow:
    • Handle filming, lighting, and sound to ensure professional-quality footage.
    • Perform full post-production tasks, including editing, color correction, audio mixing, and graphic overlays.
    • Repurpose content for various platforms (e.g., trimming long-form videos into shorter clips for TikTok or Instagram Reels).
  • Ensure Consistency & Brand Alignment:
    • Produce content that aligns with both agents' personal branding and The Perry Group’s overarching brand guidelines.
    • Maintain content style standards and make recommendations for creative improvements.
  • Develop & Maintain a Content Calendar:
    • Collaborate with the lead videographer and marketing specialist to maintain an organized content production schedule.
    • Ensure content is delivered and published according to weekly deadlines (Friday delivery).
  • Asset Management & Archiving:
    • Organize and manage video file storage, ensuring assets are accessible and archived properly for future use.
    • Implement a clear system for categorizing and securing digital assets to avoid duplication or loss of content.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
    • Monitor evolving social media trends and content strategies to ensure our agents’ videos remain competitive and engaging.
    • Suggest and implement new ideas based on industry best practices and platform updates.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a professional who can balance creativity with structure and high-volume content production. You should be proactive in finding new ways to improve efficiency and quality, while meeting deadlines consistently.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in video production, including shooting and editing (experience working with clients in the real estate industry is a plus but not required)
  • Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve)
  • Knowledge of content production workflows, including best practices for social media formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Stories)
  • Ability to repurpose content efficiently across multiple platforms
  • Strong organizational skills for managing content calendars, deadlines, and asset storage
  • Ability to collaborate while taking initiative within structured guidelines

What We Provide

  • Lighting and audio equipment (additional equipment may be discussed and provided upon approval)
  • A collaborative, innovative work environment with The Perry Group, Utah’s leading real estate team
  • Full-time benefits including:
    • Competitive salary ($50,000 - $60,000 DOE)
